Ce qu'il vous faut

personnes

20cl jus de tomates

3feuilles basilic frais

3cl jutage Cornichon Hugo

1à 2 cuil. à café de moutarde Hugo Miel-Coing

1tomate cerise et 1 feuille de basilic pour la décoration

Assaisonné avec un peu de tabasco, sel de celeri, poivre, jus de citron (à votre choix)

Comment préparer

Mettez le jus de tomates, le jutage des cornichons, la moutarde miel-coing, le basilic et l’assaisonnement de votre choix

Mixer jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange homogène

Verser dans le verre et y ajouter 3-4 glaçons

Décorer avec une brochette de tomate cerise et une feuille de basilic

Mettre la paille

Si vous apprécier les épices agrémentez ce cocktail de 3 gouttes de tabasco vert ou rouge

Petite astuce

Décoration : 1 tomate et 1 feuille de basilic

Ustensiles : Mixeur, Verre, Planche à découper, Couteau, Paille, Pic en bois
